Kissling Legal GmbH offers packages for SMEs with advance payment of the total amount and will be happy to advise them on the current offer:
- Basic: 10 hours with 5% package advantage
- Standard: 20 hours with 10% package advantage
- Extended: 50 hours with 15% package advantage
- Premium: 100 hours with 20% package advantage
Small expenses are invoiced at a flat rate of an additional 3% of the fee amount. Larger expenses will be invoiced separately.
The advance payments of the SME packages are booked as advances. Only the hours actually worked will be invoiced after periodic billing. The package advantage does not apply to hours that are not requested within 12 months of advance payment of the package.
In any case, the provisions of the individual mandate agreement take precedence.
